Welcome! My name is Nicole and I am a Greek girl (and high school French teacher) who loves to cook, eat, and travel! My goal is to try out and provide readers with mostly healthy, always yummy recipes and useful travel tips and anecdotes.
I learned everything I know about cooking from my mom, who like my dad, was born and raised in Greece. She is an amazing cook and I hope to one day become as talented as she is. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to travel to Greece many times with my family, and due to these travel experiences and my Greek heritage, I became interested in other cultures and decided to become a French teacher. I spent a semester my Junior year of college in France and a year teaching there after graduation. During my time in France I also had the opportunity to travel all over Europe! I love exploring new places and I can’t wait to share all my adventures with you!
